1. FULL REFUND: A full refund of the course fees will be granted if the student withdraws at least two weeks before the course start date.
2. PARTIAL REFUND: A partial refund (50% of the course fees) will be granted if the student withdraws within the first two weeks after the course start date.
3. NO REFUND: No refunds will be granted if the student withdraws after two weeks from the course start date.
4. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: Refunds in special circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the administration.
