This Terms of Use (TOS) is between AEONEX SERVICES (hereinafter referred to as “GH7373.COM” or “We” or “Our” or “Aeonex”) and you, the one using this website. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old.
Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to this Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree with this TOS you may not use the Website or the GH7373.COM service(s).
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS, at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting a modification or a new agreement on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to not use the Website and/or our services. Your continued use of the Website following a posting of a change notice and/or modification or new agreement on the Website will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.
SHIPPING
Shipping within Accra is by dispatch rider or delivery van (average delivery time is 1 day). Shipping to places outside Accra but within Ghana is by courier (average delivery time is 3 days). Shipping to locations outside Ghana is by priority mail (average time 15 days).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
While we make every effort to ensure that shipped items are well-packaged to avoid damage in transit, you may return your item(s) for replacement if there are defects on the item(s) on delivery. Such item(s) must be shipped back to us in their original packaging within two (2) days of receipt; for a replacement. A refund would be offered if we do not have a suitable replacement in stock. PLEASE NOTE: Our returns policy does NOT apply to perishable products i.e. food. Perishable products cannot be returned.
FAIR USE POLICY
We do not claim ownership of any content used on our site that might be copyrighted. If any such content exists here, it is being used under the doctrine of Fair Use.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website or to the products and/or services you purchase through the Website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Accra, Ghana, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in a competent court in the Republic of Ghana. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Ghana. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to or connected with the use of the Website or this Agreement must be filed within two calendar months after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned.
