PAN-AFRICAN DAY TOUR OF ACCRA

Experience the beginnings of Pan Africanism in Ghana.

We shall be visiting the captivating the Kwame Nkrumah Museum in the heart of the city. From there we’ll go see the grounds of Ghana’s famous square, The Black Star Square and The George Padmore Library for Pan-African Studies.

Last, but certainly not least on our itinerary is the WEB du Bois Center.

WALKING TOUR OF DOWNTOWN ACCRA

Let us take a leisurely walk interspersed with bus rides through the historically important parts of downtown Accra whilst you listen to a narrative on their past.

Gertrude, your knowledgeable tour guide will lead you to experience Jamestown, Accra’s lighthouse, Brazil House, Ussher Fort and Museum, Accra’s always bustling Makola Market, Arts and crafts market as well as Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.

Precious One Montessori Preschool – Dzorwulu, Accra

Precious One Montessori is a top-class school which provides ‘a home away from home’ for our precious little ones and offers high-quality care and education in a safe environment.

A good foundation is key; and that is what we give.

All-year-round daycare for babies and toddlers. Top quality care, CCTV monitoring, experienced empathetic carers. Our educational style is a fusion of the Montessori and Traditional models. We use methods which encourage active participation rather than passive observation. This system has yielded very good results for our children as they continue to exhibit excellent academic and social performance. A great start to your child’s educational journey!

Vacancies exist: enrollment ongoing. We have the Baby Zone (Baby and toddler daycare for all twelve months in the year, Crèche, Nursery and Kindergarten; enrolling children from 3 months to 5 years.

School begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM (except on Wednesdays; for pupils who do the Abacus classes). However, parents have up till 5:00 PM to pick up their children.
