PAN-AFRICAN DAY TOUR OF ACCRA
This tour highlights the beginnings of Pan Africanism in Africa – contributions of Ghana’s first President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
We shall be visiting the captivating the Kwame Nkrumah Museum in the heart of the city. From there we’ll go see the grounds of Ghana’s famous square, The Black Star Square and The George Padmore Library for Pan-African Studies.
Last, but certainly not least on our itinerary is the WEB du Bois Center.
WALKING TOUR OF DOWNTOWN ACCRA
Let us take a leisurely walk interspersed with bus rides through the historically important parts of downtown Accra whilst you listen to a narrative on their past.
Your tour guide will lead you to experience Jamestown, Accra’s lighthouse, Brazil House, Ussher Fort and Museum, Accra’s always bustling Makola Market, Arts and crafts market as well as Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.
